How the advertising and marketing of your property works
Our in-house Marketing Team and Property Manager will visit your property to take professional photographs. They will also create a write up of the fixtures and fittings of your property as well as the local area and its amenities.
Your property will then be marketed on a range of platforms to ensure that it is getting maximum exposure. All enquiries will be answered by the dedicated telecalling team and Property Manager for your property, and they will book in visit for the property as soon as possible in order to minimise property vacant time.
The property visits will be carried out by the same member of staff to ensure consistency and knowledge expertise. Following visits, tenant details will be sent to you to approve and start the ball rolling on getting right tenant to move in as soon as possible.

Our identifying process is very in-depth with checks on employment, Government and Income. If any red flags are found, they will be noted on the referencing report, and it will be your decision whether to proceed with the application or not.
Once all prospects have passed the identifying process, your dedicated Property Manager will arrange the compilation of the tenancy agreement ensuring it sets out the legal terms and conditions of your tenancy along with issuing all Prescribed Information prior to residents taking occupation of your apartment.
